Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 1–2 business days excluding weekends, holidays, carrier interruptions, inventory delays, severe weather conditions, or high-volume promotional periods.

Once an order has shipped from our facility, standard shipping selected at checkout generally takes approximately 3–12 business days for delivery depending on destination, carrier operations, regional conditions, weather events, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

OC Skin Source is not responsible for:

  • Carrier shipping delays
  • Weather-related delivery interruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers
  • Lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once transferred to the carrier
  • Delivery delays caused by holidays, natural disasters, labor interruptions, or carrier operational issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages or address correction requests.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates directly through the carrier.

In situations involving lost or delayed shipments, OC Skin Source may assist customers in opening carrier investigations; however, final delivery responsibility rests with the shipping carrier once the package has been accepted into their network.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier may not qualify for replacement or refund.
