Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible items that are:

- In resalable condition

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact OC Skin Source within 5 business days of delivery with supporting photos and order information.
Approved returns may be subject to return shipping fees and original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
